Shipping Regions

We currently ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional, and most remote areas. International shipping will be introduced in future phases with the same care and transparency standards.

Dispatch Timeline

Launch Period (23 December 2025 - 4 January 2026)

• Orders placed during launch are treated as pre-orders
• Shipping begins 5 January 2026
• You'll receive tracking notification once carrier receives your parcel

Standard Operations (From January 2026)

• Orders typically dispatch within 1-2 business days after confirmation
  
• Occasional delays may occur during public holidays and peak periods
  
• We process orders as quickly as possible while maintaining quality standards

Shipping Methods

• All orders use tracked standard shipping via Australia Post or similar reliable carriers
• Parcels packed at our Sydney fulfillment partner
• Each shipment includes unique tracking number
• Carrier may offer Parcel Lockers or PO Box delivery options at checkout

Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch:

• Metro areas: approximately 2-5 business days
• Regional & remote areas: approximately 3-8 business days

These are carrier-provided estimates. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, public holidays, and peak periods.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): flat rate $12 per order
• Complimentary Standard Shipping: orders $500 and above

The free-shipping threshold is set near single-garment price points, making foundation piece purchases more accessible.

Tracking Information

Once packed and handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this anytime to monitor your parcel's journey.

If tracking appears stalled beyond estimated windows, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.

Packaging & Environmental Considerations

We don't currently operate formal carbon-neutral programs, but we minimize impact through:

• Centralized Australian fulfillment reducing unnecessary transit
• FSC-certified kraft boxes, paper tissue, and certified compostable mailers (HEROPACK)
• Encouraging thoughtful purchasing and consolidated shipping
